‘Miles’ is an ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It’s an end-to-end solution encompassing front-, mid- and back-office functions that can be extensively customized to the customers’ needs through configuration. You will be based in Germany, but will also work on projects abroad.
Your role will primarily encompass supporting our existing customers in their use of our software and implementing our system for new customers.
You will be involved in implementation processes from A to Z. As Implementation Consultant, you're an advisor to the customer when it comes to best practices, process improvement, and finding solutions. Besides that, you will focus on the configuration of functional solutions and/or managing the configuration, and perform data migrations and develop reporting tools.
This means you will:
Participate in the requirements gathering workshops.
Analyze the requirements and the impact of these requirements. You‘ll make functional analysis for gaps concerning interfaces, reporting and map the needed data.
Design solutions based on the requirements both functional and technical.
Negotiate with customers when they have special and think about the product consistency and the product strategy when validating solutions.
Manage all technical aspects of the system such as batches, security, provide test cases and analyze test results, technical support (SQL), etc…
You will have the opportunity to broaden the scope of your job and be involved in a more technical or commercial capacity.
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary project team. Every team in Sofico works in an agile way, including scrum and daily stand-ups. You can count on your colleagues for support in some of the more technical aspects, like data migration, testing and of course, development.
Your Interests and Skills
Communication is key in our projects, you have to communicate well with customers and your colleagues - Proficient knowledge of German (C1/2 business fluent) and English is required.
Relevant practical experience with software implementation projects.
You have an affinity with or a strong interest in IT.
You are able to master technical and business subjects in order to identify the best solution for our customers.
You have an understanding of accounting and financial processes.
You have a strong analytical mind, are dynamic, organized, flexible, and service-oriented. You're eager to learn and are looking for a challenge.
You are an excellent team player and have strong interpersonal skills.
As we work all over Germany and also abroad, you are happy to travel occasionally to customers or other Sofico offices.
