Do you want to sell complex software solutions, build strong customer relationships and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders? As a Regional Sales Manager for Germany, you will be responsible for driving sales & business growth in the DACH region. You will acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relations, and drive adoption of our Miles product Suite in collaboration with our Global Key Account Managers.
Our software, "Miles", is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. As Regional Sales Manager, you will become a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and our product suite.
You will own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and supporting of marketing campaigns with our marketing team, to leading the sales process up to signing, in collaboration with our legal and sales operations team. Working closely together with our projects teams will ensure you are able to successfully close customer deals. Furthermore, you will process tenders and participate in virtual and physical events, strengthening our position on the market.

On top of that, you:
- Have several years experience selling software or IT services, from initial contact up to contract negotiation and signing
- Long sales cycles are nothing new
- Have strong presentation and communication skills
- Have experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
- Speak business proficient German and English
