What the job is about
For the implementation of our software in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to follow up on the project on the client side. You will be responsible for keeping the project on time for the client and delivering all necessary documentation to the project team from Sofico.
You are the main contact point for the internal people of the client regarding the continuation of the project and work closely with the program director, project manager, and lead business consultant at Sofico’s side.
Make sure the client hands over the deliverables and specs on time
Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of Sofico deliverables
Closely align with coordinators on the client’s side
Escalate if due dates are not met in time
Inform internal Sofico colleagues based on the information which you receive from our client.
Sofico deliverables are both smaller incremental deliveries on the production environment as well as larger project deliveries. Once all major project phases have passed, you will follow up and proactively communicate possible change requests from the client.
Sofico delivers with ‘Miles’, an ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It’s an end-to-end solution encompassing front-, mid-and back-office functions, that can be customized to the customers’ needs.
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary project team. Every team in Sofico works in an agile way, including scrum and daily stand-ups.
Your Interests and Skills
You are a born organizer using the tools at your disposal (Excel, Jira, MS Projects, etc.) and can keep track of a lot of different topics at the same time.
You have strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship management and influencing skills, managing difficult situations is not a problem for you.
Because of your excellent communication skills, you can effectively and concisely communicate both internally and externally with both operational colleagues and project stakeholders.
What else is expected:
3 to 5 years of experience with medium to large scale ERP deployments with the different phases of a software implementation project: from pre-sales phase till go-live; including requirement analysis, configuration, development, migration, testing, etc...
Experience with project management and project management methodologies (PMBOK/Prince2, Agile, Scrum, etc).
Being fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
Prepared to travel.
