About the job

A Technical Consultant enjoys figuring out the technical aspects of the implementation more, but also understands the link with the business side.  

You will implement ‘Miles’, our software solution, at the customer. It currently encompasses 2 parts:

The ‘Core’ ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. This end-to-end solution encompasses -, mid-, and back-office functions.

The ‘Microservices Platform' with extra functionalities and portals that interacts with the core ERP software. 

You’ll work as a part of a multidisciplinary project team on the implementation for a specific customer. You will be part of the requirements gathering, implementation, and handover. The teams work in an agile way, including scum, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

Although you will focus on the more technical aspects that come with the implementation of our solution.

This means you will:

  • Focus on the gaps concerning interfaces and architecture.

  • Play a significant role in the configuration of the functional solution and the integration of Miles into the customer landscape.

  • Design the delivery of the different environments to the production environment.

Your Interests and skills

Communication skills are key, both towards customers and people within your team. You also have no problem moderating workshops or presenting solutions or finished modules to the customer. 

Because of your analytical mindset, you have no problems translating business requirements into system needs & thinking about solutions.

What else is expected:

  • Experience with ERP implementations

  • Knowledge of Software delivery processes

  • Good SQL-skills

  • Fluent in English and German (at least C1)

  • Understanding programming syntax is a plus.

    o   Ability to read and understand code (java)

  • Understanding microservices architecture is a plus.

  • Open to traveling.
