Once the contract is active, they manage it independently via SOFICO Miles Customer Self-Serve, updating their personal details, preferences and contract terms at their convenience, in a seamless, self-guided experience.

In-person dealership journey

Some customers prefer a more traditional route, visiting a dealership for expert guidance and test drives. With SOFICO Miles Dealer Point of Sales, dealers can generate quotes, initiate or manage credit applications and contracts, and manage vehicle delivery—offering a high-touch, personalized customer experience.

Number three

Omnichannel journey

Customers can begin their journey online, researching offers and requesting a personalized quote using SOFICO Miles Showroom. They may then visit a dealer who can generate quotes using SOFICO Miles Dealer Point of Sales, facilitate a test drive, and discuss financial options. Customers can choose to complete the credit application either digitally or directly with the dealer.

Throughout the entire contract lifecycle, customers have the flexibility to switch between online self-service via SOFICO Miles Customer Self-Serve and in-person support—allowing them to view payments and update personal details, preferences and contract terms in the way that suits them best.
