SOFICO’s new CEO, Wim De Bruyne, believes leadership starts with listening. That’s why his first months will be about engaging with you — the SOFICO customers, colleagues, and partners.

Wim brings international experience in scaling technology companies and leading global teams. But what convinced him to join SOFICO was simple:

Beyond work
Outside of work, Wim treasures time with his wife and two teenage sons. Weekends often mean cheering on the sidelines at his son’s sports matches or heading out together for an often adventurous family activity.
Next to that, he likes to cycle, swim and run marathons with friends — and even first got to know the company through the SOFICO Ghent Marathon! For Wim, it’s important that they always cross the finish line together.
