SOFICO Miles Enterprise

What’s new 

We’ve made overnight work sturdier and diagnostics faster. If a long job is interrupted, it resumes from the last completed step—no restart from zero. And when an alert fires (error spike or latency regression), a single trace ID ties together logs, metrics, and spans so engineers can see which call regressed, where, and when. Every release ships with vulnerability scans, signed packages, and an SBOM, so your security team can verify what’s inside.

Each release follows the same sequence, with health checks and a clean audit trail, reducing downtime and human effort.

We’re moving to a unified, modern runtime to simplify the stack and make future updates smoother. 

SOFICO Cloud

What’s new

A clear promise: we build it, we run it—on Microsoft Azure. You get a dedicated environment in the region you agree with us, and we plan change windows together. No forced auto-updates.

What’s shipping

Four service areas keep it simple:

  • Infrastructure & Application Operations: health monitoring, clear dashboards, planned releases, tested backups.
  • Security & Compliance: controlled access and single sign-on, protected entry points, an auditable change trail.
  • Flexible Add-ons: high-availability choices, private connectivity, managed mail/SFTP, integrations, and database options when they make sense.
  • Service Management & Support: defined SLAs with optional 24/7/365 coverage.

More automation around updates and post-change checks, plus broader high-availability patterns where they add clear value. (On-prem remains possible today; our long-term direction favors SOFICO Cloud.)

SOFICO Miles Retail Suite

What’s new

  • SOFICO Miles Dealer Point of Sales now gives dealers and brokers quicker price indications, an easy switch between VAT in/out, a faster handoff to a personalized quote, and transparent promotions.
  • SOFICO Miles Showroom adds richer visuals and practical filters (think: condition, location, mileage) to help buyers find the right vehicle faster—and lead handling is simpler.
  • SOFICO Miles Customer Self-Serve moves from “request and wait” to direct edits for profile data, addresses, contacts, consents, and bank accounts, plus a central place to find and download documents.

What’s shipping

Bespoke pricing in SOFICO Miles PCS—visible today in Dealer Point of Sales and coming to Showroom—makes it easier to reflect real-world agreements and payment structures, without manual rework.

What’s next

SOFICO Miles Dealer Point of Sales will open up more machine-to-machine flows (starting with credit applications) and support “hybrid journeys” that move smoothly between online and in-store. SOFICO Miles Showroom will connect to build-to-order scenarios and add smarter labeling/ranking and campaign insights. SOFICO Miles Customer Self-Serve now includes a request center: guided inputs, automation, smart routing, and live status—less back-office work, more driver self-serve—plus first termination scenarios.
