New customers and celebrating long-term success

Over the past year, eight new customers joined Sofico, bringing the total number of contracts managed to over 4.2 million. Existing customers expanded their operations by adopting new Miles Modules or upgrading to Miles Enterprise, unlocking even greater efficiency. We also marked a decade-long partnership with KBC Autolease, celebrating this milestone together with a team dinner, a fun quiz, and custom M&Ms to sweeten the occasion!
At the start of 2025 we already have several go-lives of the platform scheduled. Both with OEM captives and leasing companies, and across the globe. This will further grow the number of contracts managed in Miles Enterprise. Additionally, we are also noting interest from less traditional parties, such as players in truck leasing and equipment finance.

You recently gained even more ways to streamline your operations and enhance customer experiences with the launch of the Miles Retail Suite. Designed to seamlessly integrate fleet and retail operations, these three new Miles Modules help you deliver a smooth, omnichannel journey – ensuring your customers a hassle-free experience with optimized efficiency.
Beyond new solutions, we continued investing in the technology that powers your business. Enhancements in cloud-native architecture , microservices and containerized releases of Miles Enterprise to our customers ensure you have access to a secure, high-performance platform that evolves with your needs. What is coming your way in 2025? A focus on security and scalability of the platforms, improvement of existing Miles Modules, and we’ll continue to listen to you to further develop the Sofico roadmap.
A thriving community

Your success is built on more than just technology – it’s also about the network and knowledge that support you. The Sofico team continued to grow, with new colleagues joining from Europe, the US, Australia, Japan, basically all around the world. We foster this vibrant and international ecosystem by bringing people together, through industry events like ENG Automotive Finance and Fleet Europe Days, or customer-led initiatives such as the Miles Community sessions and local Customer Forums.
We also believe in strengthening connections beyond the workplace. From the Sofico Ghent Marathon to local celebrations (football tournaments, dance events, archery, you name it!), these moments bring our teams together.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to engage with our community at upcoming sessions with the Miles Community and local Customer Forums. But also during external events such as APAC Fleet Summit and AfMA in 2025. Be on the lookout for an in-person local event close to you or an invitation to the virtual Community sessions!

As mentioned above, security and people are at the heart of what we do. In 2024, we renewed our ISO 27001 certification, the global standard for information security management, ensuring that your data remains protected under the highest security standards. We also retained our Investors in People accreditation, reinforcing our commitment to fostering a great workplace where our teams – and by extension, our customers – can thrive. In 2025, we’ll continue to deliver the highest quality in security, with supporting your compliancy to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), making our platform meet e-invoicing Directive 2014/55/EU on e-invoicing, and meeting SOC2 standards.
